Often not. Many owners complete a transfer by formally authorising someone in Pakistan to act for them. We will explain what that authorisation needs to cover and how it is typically attested from your country, but the execution and attestation itself runs through the relevant consulate and legal channels.
During office hours, quickly. Outside them, the next working morning. If a matter is time-sensitive, say so in the message and it will be prioritised.
