Privacy notice
What we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. If you submit the enquiry form, that is your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, what you would like to do, where you are, and whatever property details and message you fill in. Nothing on the form is collected without you typing or selecting it.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we hold the number you contact us from and whatever you tell us during the conversation.
We also collect basic, anonymous usage data about how the website is used, which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. This does not identify you personally.
Why we hold it
We use what you give us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and carry out the work you ask us to do.
- To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
- To understand what you need before we speak, so you are not asked to repeat yourself
- To carry out the property work you engage us for
- To keep a record of enquiries against their reference number
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with other agencies, developers or marketing companies. We do not add you to a bulk marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited promotional messages.
We will not share your details with a third party in the course of your work without telling you why it is necessary: for example, a society office that requires the buyer’s particulars for a transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same matter. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as is sensible for a property transaction. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will remove them.
Third-party services
Enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider. Anonymous website usage statistics are collected by our hosting provider’s analytics. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Map embeds on the contact and about pages are served by Google.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us on the number or address in the footer and we will deal with it.
